The Process

Start by filling out our inquiry form. This helps us understand your vision and wedding details. We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and discuss the next steps.
If your date is available, we’ll schedule a consultation call or gather additional details via email. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit for your wedding.
Within a few days, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining color palettes, floral selections, and overall design style tailored to your event.
You will have 10 days of first right of refusal, meaning you have 10 days to decide if you’d like to move forward. If more time is needed, that’s okay! However, after this period, your date will no longer be held.
To officially secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract.
Four weeks before your event, we’ll schedule a final meeting to review all floral details, logistics, and last-minute adjustments, ensuring everything is perfectly planned.
On your wedding day, our team will handle full-service floral delivery, installation, and setup to bring your vision to life seamlessly.
